    Obituary:
On June 7, 2016, Tom ascended to heaven to meet his Lord and to see his sons Tony and Danny once again.
Thomas J. Heenan was born on March 18, 1943 in Appleton, one of eight children. His entire life was spent around anything with wheels - tractors, cars, lawnmowers, and semi-trucks. He was a valued and trusted truck driver for more than forty years, having spent the last twenty-nine years driving for Osborn and Son Trucking in Fond du Lac. Tom immensely enjoyed any time spent with his children, grandchildren, and good friends. He also loved the Green Bay Packers. How many people do you know that were at the very first Super Bowl?
He is survived by his loving wife of fifty-two years: Ruth Heenan; five children: Scott (Dee) Heenan of Neenah; Terry (Mary) Heenan of Freedom; Tammy (Joe) Nennig of Hortonville; Randy Heenan of Neenah; and Lisa (Mike) Fassbender of Appleton; two furry friends: Duke and Kosmo. Tom is further survived by his grandchildren: Shelby Heenan, Chelsey Heenan, Trent Heenan, Tanner (Jen) Kleist, Madelyn Heenan, Kolton Heenan, Danielle Heenan, Joseph Nennig, Jr., Andrew (Amanda) Nennig, Amanda (Jesse) Young, Lacye Jo (Adam) Althaus, Justin Heenan, Brooke Heenan, Kodye Fassbender, and a very special kid Nycole Fassbender. He is also survived by a brother: Jerry (Ginny) Heenan; ten great-grandchildren with another to arrive soon, brothers and sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles, cousins, and his very special friends: Delmar and Vi Sewall and his Osborn Buddy, Bobby.
Tom was preceded in death by his parents: James and Mildred (Gast) Heenan, Ruth's parents: Ervin and LaVaughn (Oatman) Anderson, sisters Phoebe Kempen, Faith (Delmar) DeMand, and Mary Crawford; brothers: Johnny Heenan, Chuck Heenan, and Jim Heenan; nieces Molly Kundert, Mary Anderson, and Sherry Heenan; and a nephew Andrew Kempen.
The funeral liturgy for Tom will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, June 10, 2016 at ST. MARY CATHOLIC CHURCH, N2385 Municipal Drive in Greenville, with Fr. Peter Mitchell officiating. Interment will take place in Appleton's St. Mary Cemetery. Friends and relatives are invited to gather at the Wichmann Funeral Home, 537 N. Obituary:
Kodye Michael Fassbender, age 16 of Grand Chute, passed away on Sunday, May 7, 2017 as a result of suicide. Our home is now void of Kodye's smiling face and quick witted personality. The world is now a bit dimmer. Kodye will forever be remembered for his avid love of the outdoors, his passion for Wounded Warriors and Mission 22 organizations and his willingness to always help a friend or a fellow classmate. Kodye had quite an impact on all those who knew him. He was a proud American and respected our country with a zeal not found in most teenagers.
We hope Kodye's death can be a catalyst for more open conversations around mental health and suicide awareness. If you or someone you know is struggling right now with mental health issues, please text HOPELINE to 741741.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial scholarship is being established at Appleton North High School to aid an upcoming graduate to pursue a career in the mental health field.
Memorials may also be given in Kodye's name to the Mission 22 Project or the Wounded Warrior Project.
The family wishes to thank the Grand Chute Police Department, Marquette University Police Department, the Mission Church and the Victim Crisis Responders, Jennifer and Carolyn for their support in our immediate time of need.
Mike, Lisa and Nycole also wish to thank all of their family and friends for their unwavering support during this especially difficult period of life.
"It's been a long day, without you my friend. And I'll tell you all about it when I see you again."
    Kodye-
We hope and pray you've found the peace you sought. Part of our hearts went to heaven with you. The remaining parts we'll hold and remember you all our days. We'll always be proud to be called your mom, dad and sister. Until we meet again, our love for you is unending.
Love you. Mom, Dad and Nycole.
    Kodye,
I am so heartbroken over losing you-you were my bud. Make sure G-Pa does the McDonald's runs til I see you again.
Love and miss you. G'Ma Heenan.
