He was born Oct. 6, 1892, in Wrightstown where he was postmaster for about 40 years and operated a general store. Funeral services will be at 9:30 Friday morning at St. Paul Catholic church, Wrightstown, with burial in Holy Cross Cemetery, Kaukauna. Friends may call after 7:30 p.m. today at the Fargo Funeral home where the rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. today and 7:30 p.m. Thursday. Mrs. Earl Coenen (Marguerite Remmel) died Tuesday March 29, 2016 at the Good Shepherd Nursing Home in Seymour. Marguerite was born April 8, 1923 in De Pere to the late Frank and Kathryn (Egan) Remmel. She married Earl Coenen on February 10, 1945 in De Pere. They made their home in Wrightstown where she resided all of her life. Earl preceded her in death in 1988.
Survivors include her sons and daughters- in -law, Deacon Don and Rose Coenen, De Pere, Ted (Sallly) Coenen, Wrightstown, Mary Pat Van Dyke, Appleton, her grandchildren, Casey Coenen, Travis and Devon Coenen, Stacy and Greg Kisling, Sarah and Todd Van Rossum, Sonya and Tom Campbell and Shannon and Jamie Bazinaw, as well as seven great-grandchildren, whom she loved dearly. In addition, she is survived by one sister, Lenore Sullivan, brother-in-law, Emmett Joyce, godchild, Kathy Joyce and a special niece, Cheryl Sullivan.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, her sister, Dolores Joyce, brother-in-law, Ed Sullivan, Earl's parents Theodore and Bardeen Coenen and family, a godchild, Colleen Sullivan and great grandson, Derek Biwer.

Marjorie A. Randerson, "Grandma Cookie", age 89, of Freedom, passed away at her residence with her family by her side on Thursday, March 19, 2009. She was born May 15, 1919, in De Pere, daughter of the late Michael and Ella (Remmel) Nolan. Marjorie was united in marriage to Patrick Randerson who preceded her in death in March of 1943. Thereafter, she devoted her life to the raising of her children. She was employed by the Freedom School District for 27 years, retiring in 1987.
Marjorie was a longstanding and faithful member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church in Freedom and the Christian Mothers.
She is survived by her son and a daughter-in-law, Ronald and Sherry Randerson, Freedom; her daughter and son-in-law, Jo Ann and Vernon Bowers, Kaukauna; five grandchildren: Mark (Kathy), Pat (Michelle), Paul (Kelly), and granddaughter-in-law Vicky Randerson, Jodi (Keith) Roskowski, and Robb (Kristy) Bowers; 11 great-grandchildren: Craig, Paige, and Cameron "C.J." Randerson, Hayley Randerson, Justin, Ben, and Emily Randerson, Ashlyn and Ethan Roskowski, Megan Bowers, and Anthony Bucholz; a brother and two sisters-in-law: John and Rita Nolan of Kaukauna; Agnes Nolan of De Pere.
In addition to her parents and husband, Marjorie was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Tina Marie Randerson; a grandson, Jeff Randerson; a great-grandson, Josh Roskowski; a brother Robert, and a sister Lorraine.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be at 12 NOON on Monday, March 23, 2009, at ST. NICHOLAS CATHOLIC CHURCH, Freedom with Fr. Dave Hoffman and Fr. Dennis Ryan concelebrating the mass. Friends will be received directly at Church on Monday from 10 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery. In lieu of flowers a memorial fund is being established in her name.

John Glenn Nolan, Kaukauna, age 90, died Tuesday April 7, 2015 at St. Elizabeth Hospital from complications following surgery.
He was born on April 22, 1924 in De Pere to the late Michael and Helen (Remmel) Nolan.
Following his graduation from Wrightstown High School, John served in the Army from 1944-1946 during World War II. He served in the Philippines in the 31st Infantry and was a member of the Kaukauna V.F.W. Post 3319. John married Rita Dashner at St. Joseph Parish in Appleton on October 25, 1947. He retired from Thilmany Papers after working there 42 years.
John was a talented craftsman. He enjoyed woodworking and could repair many things. John built his house and loved to use his talents to help his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. He also enjoyed playing cards, fishing and hunting. Together, John and his son Don, took a trip to Wyoming to hunt Mule Deer.
John is survived by his wife of 67 years, Rita; children: Linda (Jim Nelson) Nolan, Brooklyn Park, MN; Donald (Linda Plutchak) Nolan, Madison; Diane Bloy, Kimberly; Steve Nolan, Madison; and Mary Ann (Roger) Fiebelkorn, Manawa; grandchildren: Aaron (Stephanie) Bloy and Melanie (Andy Lee) Bloy Lee, Emily and Amanda Nolan-Plutchak, and Amelia (Ryan) Casper; great grandchildren: Elizabeth and Olivia Bloy, Madelline and Alaina Lee, Declan and Ryland Nolan-Plutchak; and sister-in-law: Agnes Nolan. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by his grandson, Nick Nolan-Plutchak; and siblings: Lorraine Morsette, Robert Nolan and Margie (Pat) Randerson.
Visitation will be held Monday April 13, 2015 at HOLY CROSS PARISH (309 Desnoyer St. Kaukauna) beginning at 10:00 a.m. until time of Mass at 11:00 a.m. The Rev. Thomas Pomeroy will officiate. Seymour - Verna A. (Dudek nee Runnoe) Lemmens, 101, passed away on Sunday, December 31, 2017 at Forest Glen Assisted Living, Seymour, WI. She was born October 5, 1916 near Greenleaf, to the late Herman and Clara (Hein) Runnoe.
On October 23, 1935 she married Lawrence Dudek, who passed away July 28, 1962. On Jan 31, 1965 she married Arnold Lemmens, who passed away on December 6, 2016.
Verna loved to cook, and to play cards. Sheephead, poker, and cribbage were her favorites, and when you visited, a game or two was always in order. She was also known as an avid canner, usually having canned nearly 2,000 quarts in any given year.
She was a long-time member of both St. Mary's Catholic Church in Black Creek, and St. John Catholic Church in Seymour. Verna worked as a cook at Seymour High School for many years and owned and operated the Corner Bar near Nichols.
Verna is survived by four children: David (June McGlinn, deceased) (Nancy), Janice (Robert) Scheelk, Douglas (Rosemary), and John (Marlene); step-son: Tom (Sue) Lemmens; step-daughter, Judy Gosz; son-in-law, Norman (Rosemary) Texeira. In addition, Verna is survived by sixteen grandchildren: Peggy (Darrell) Everson, Tom Texeira, David (Lisa) Texeira, Bill (Debbie) Texeira, and Jim (Kelly) Texeira, Cynthia Scheelk, Victoria (Greg) Stock, Debbie (Shannon) Schorer, Jen (Tim) Mravik, Jim (Toni) Dudek, Bruce (Julie) Dudek, and Keith Dudek, Jennifer Dudek, Eric (Missy) Dudek, Michael Dudek, and Laura (Nick) Schwietz; nineteen great-grandchildren: Melanie, Lucas, Bryce, Abby, Alex, Zack, Shannon, Jake, Jackson, Sam, Noah, Christopher, Ashley, Katie, Nicole, Cassie, Estelle, Evelyn, and Harrison.

Marian E. Eisch, age 94, passed away Tuesday, November 23, 2010, at Oakridge Gardens. She was born on November 4, 1916, in Menasha, daughter of the late William E. and Ida Mae (Burts) Remmel. Marian was a waitress in the area from age 16 to 89 and had waited tables at Menasha Hotel, Theda Clark Cafeteria and Coffee Shop, and Club Tavern. She enjoyed gardening, shopping, and loved shoes.
She will be sadly missed by her daughters: Barb (Ron) Hartzheim, Menasha, Sue (Bill) Clayton, Menasha, Debbie (Special friend Mark Wokosin) Demler, Oshkosh; 14 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren, the newest addition Mackensie, whom she hadn't yet gotten to see; seven great-great-grandchildren; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Richard Eisch, daughter, Pamela (Eisch) Sanchez, great-granddaughter Shannon Eick, two brothers, Gerald and Paul, special friend Jack Ludwikoski, and her favorite cat, Bucky.

Nora A Herrling (née Remmel) lived her life in just such a way. Nora's inherent love for people and curiosity about them is seen through the vast array of people whose lives were touched by her. Her legacy is one of compassion, love, joy and concern for others above herself. We are saddened by her passing-our grief is deep yet our hope is strong.
She was a tireless advocate for people who needed a helping hand and because of her, many lives were impacted in positive ways. Nora loved her children and extended family, and her concern to the end was for those left behind.
Nora was preceded in death by her husband Dennis, her father Milton, sister Mary, and mother Grace.
The funeral liturgy for Nora will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, June 16, 2018 at ST. BERNARD CATHOLIC CHURCH, 1617 W. Pine Street in Appleton, with Fr. Dennis Ryan officiating. Linda Nolan, of Brooklyn Park, MN, formerly of Kaukauna, age 67, died Wednesday July 29, 2015 after a year and a half illness. She was born in Kaukauna on May 28, 1948 to John Glenn and Rita (Dashner) Nolan. While attending Kaukauna High School, she was inducted into the Quill and Scroll honor society. She loved music and was a member of the school marching band for which she played the clarinet. Following graduation in 1966, Linda worked at Thilmany Pulp and Paper and the Outagamie County District Attorney's office. She also lived in Milwaukee and Maysville, KY, before to moving to the Twin Cities in 1986. Linda earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at Metropolitan State University in Minneapolis.
She loved being a mom and did all she could for her daughter Amelia. Together they enjoyed going to out dinner, watching movies, and playing dominoes with family. She will be remembered for her kindness and caring spirit for friends, and family, including tending to her Grandpa and Grandma Dashner in the latter stages of their lives. Linda was also an animal lover and doted on her cats.
Linda is survived by her husband, Jim Nelson, Brooklyn Park; her daughter, Amelia (Ryan) Casper, Waukesha; mother, Rita Nolan, Kaukauna; siblings: Donald (Linda Plutchak) Nolan, Madison; Diane Bloy, Kimberly; Steve Nolan, Madison; and Mary Ann (Roger) Fiebelkorn, Manawa; and Amelia's father and previous spouse, John Klebenow. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Linda was preceded in death by her father, John Glenn Nolan; and nephew, Nick Nolan-Plutchak.

Nolan, Donald "Buck" Glenn
MADISON- On the evening of February 7, 2016, Don passed away peacefully at his home with his family Linda, Emily, Amanda, Declan, Ryland, Molly and Pippa; after a 4 year fight with Parkinson's Disease. Don was clearly waiting until the Super Bowl was over. Don was 66 years old.
Don Nolan was born in Kaukauna, Wisconsin on June 15, 1949. He was the second child and first son to John and Rita (Dashner) Nolan. Don had one brother and three sisters.
Don attended Kaukauna High School. He then attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He obtained an undergraduate degree at UW-Madison in political science, and master's degrees at UW-Madison in elementary education and social work. Don worked for the Jefferson Area School District first as social worker, then as director of pupil services as well as assistant superintendent. Don worked tirelessly crusading to make sure that each child had a quality public education. Don wanted each child in the Jefferson Area School District to receive an education that would give them the tools to be a successful adult.
Don met his wife Linda when he was 18 waiting in the financial aid line at the Red Gym at UW. Don and Linda have been together ever since. Don and Linda enjoyed going to Badger football games, sitting in the backyard with an evening cocktail and traveling together. Don and Linda enjoyed being in each other's company and spending as much time together as possible. Don and Linda were truly one another's soulmates.
Don had 3 children Emily, Amanda and Nick. Don was a wonderful father. In a time where people often don't make enough time for their families Don always made time for his wife, children and grandchildren. Don had two grandchildren Declan and Ryland. Don made the time he had with his boys, "grandpa's boys", very special. Declan and Ryland loved spending time with their grandpa as much as grandpa enjoyed spending time with them. Declan and Ryland especially enjoyed going to see the animals at the zoo with their grandpa. We know that grandpa will continue to be with the boys each and every day of their lives.
In his free time Don loved to hunt, fish, garden and spend time with his family. Don enjoyed going on hunting trips to Colorado and Wyoming with his son Nick, friend Jack Schallern and brother Steve Nolan. Don loved spending time outside and spending time in nature.
No obituary will ever be able to summarize Don's life because he lived such a full life.
Don was preceded in death by his father John, sister Linda and his beloved son, Nick as well as his perfect dog Lady.
Don is survived by his mother Rita Nolan, his wife Linda Plutchak, his daughters Emily and Amanda, his grandsons Declan and Ryland and his almost perfect dog Pippa. As well as his brother Steve and sisters Diane and Mary Ann Fiebelkorn (Roger). Don is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Don will be missed by many because he was loved by many. This world was truly a better place because Don was a part of it.
A visitation will be held at Cress Funeral Home, 3610 Speedway Road, Madison on Thursday, February 11, 2016 from 4 to 7pm.

Earl "Butch" Brittnacher, 83, Greenleaf, died Wednesday evening, November 16, 2005, at a local nursing home. The son of the late John and Myrtle (Gilbert) Brittnacher was born November 20, 1921, in Greenleaf. On September 13, 1947, he married the former Helen Kaiver at St. Mary's Church, Glenmore. Butch had farmed in Greenleaf and was a seed salesman for many years. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.

Ralph "Moe" Runnoe, age 86, of Wrightstown, passed away at home on January 25, 2016 with his family by his side. The son of the late Herbert and Ellen (Sullivan) Runnoe was born September 11, 1929 in Wayside. He graduated from Wrightstown High School and worked at the Combined Locks Paper Mill for 43 years. Ralph served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War, and later married Joanne Brick on May 2, 1953. He and Joanne were members of St. Clare Parish.

Patricia A. "Pat" Biasone, Nee: Runnoe, age 72, passed away Saturday, February 23, 2008, at Froedtert Memorial Hospital, Wauwatosa. Pat was born July 29, 1935, in East Wrightstown, the daughter of Herbert J. and Ellen (Sullivan) Runnoe. She was a graduate of Wrightstown High School, and began working at Appleton State Bank and Appleton Coated. She then began her 31-year career at Thilmany Pulp and Paper as a lab technician. Patricia was united in marriage to Frank Biasone on February 21, 1976, in Appleton. The Biasone's were parishioners of St. Joseph Catholic Church for many years, and Pat was active in lay ministry serving as a lector for masses. Her Catholic faith was very important to her.
Pat and Frank enjoyed traveling and wintering in McAllen, Texas, the past several years. She was an excellent seamstress, tailoring beautiful wedding and bridesmaid dresses, and helping anyone in need of a quick stitch. Pat also enjoyed arranging flowers.
Survivors include her beloved husband, Frank Biasone; three sisters: Yvonne (Raymond) Buchberger, Appleton; Arlene (Gary) Schreiber, Del Rio, Texas; and Madonna (Robert) Devine, Milwaukee; two brothers: Ralph (Joanne) Runnoe, Wrightstown; and Roland (Jane) Runnoe, Combined Locks; a sister-in-law, Carol (Frank) Suidjenski, Green Bay; a brother-in-law, Glenn Grahl, Greenleaf; and 29 nieces and nephews who loved her dearly.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Lois, and a brother, Glenn.
The funeral mass for Pat will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, February 27, 2008, at ST. JOSEPH CATHOLIC CHURCH, 410 West Lawrence Street, with Father Larry Abler, OFM Cap. as celebrant. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with a parish vigil service at 7 p.m. There will also be visitation time Wednesday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of mass at the church. Kronschnabel, Michael Cyril
72, died peacefully on February 8, 2012 after a long, brave battle with skin necrosis and other medical complications. Born in Kenosha, WI, on Mar. 5, 1939, to the late Leo and Rita Kronschnabel, he later served in the US Army, stationed in Huntsville, AL. Following military service, he worked at the NRL and the NSA for over 34 years. While with the NSA, he was awarded for Meritorious Civilian Service for establishing instant, worldwide satellite communications. He traveled extensively for the DoD, finally retiring in Dec 1995. He founded Telecommunications Acquisition Consultants (TAC) in MD and AZ. An ordained Roman Catholic deacon (1983), he served in AZ at St. Mark's, St. Mary's, and the Diocesan Prison Ministry in Maricopa County jails. He was active in Catholic Men's Ministry and Faith Sharing groups, as well as the Knights of Columbus in MD, where is was membership chairman and newsletter editor. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Antoinette Yim; four children: Eric (Debi), Christine Galvin (Ken), Roderick (Eloise) and Peter (Lourdes); sisters, Monica Bissen (Patrick) and Judith Kinney (Lawrence), and 15 grandchildren. He passionately loved God, family and country. He also enjoyed fishing and camping, construction projects, scuba diving, and going to movies. Visitation will be at 9:30 am, Mon., Feb. 13, at St. Mary's Church, 230 W. Galveston St., Chandler, AZ, prior to the Mass at 10:30 am, also at the church. Bob Ribarchek, age 93 of Combined Locks, passed away on Easter Sunday, April 16, 2017 at St. Paul Home in Kaukauna. Bob was born in Green Bay on September 1, 1923, son of the late John and Eunice (Remmel) Ribarchek and grew up in Wrightstown. Bob married Carol "Laverne" McAninch on December 27, 1952 in Chicago; she preceded him in death in 2004. He was a big fan of the Chicago Cubs, and loved golf, scratch off tickets, and bowling. For many years, he served as the secretary for the Kaukauna Bowling Association. He also served his county for a tour of duty as a member of the United States Army.
Bob is survived by three children: Chris (Gary) Hietpas of Kaukauna, Patricia (Terry Loest) Ribarchek of Mayville, and David (Holly Howard) Ribarchek of Three Rivers, Michigan. There are also eleven grandchildren: Bradley (Kelly) Hietpas, Andrew (Katie) Hietpas, Curtiss (Becki) Hietpas, Ross (Leah) Hietpas, Chianna Hietpas, Benjamin Ribarchek, Adam (Katie) Ribarchek, Tamara (David) Smith, Rebecca (Ryan Flenz) Ribarchek, Daniel Carroll, and Kenneth Carroll; and seventeen great-grandchildren. Other survivors include a brother: Barney Ribarchek of Wrightstown; two sisters: Dorothy Gibson of Illinois and Gladys Goode of Texas; and two sisters-in-law: Betty Ribarchek of Illinois and Carol Ribarchek of Green Bay.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Laverne, a son: Joseph Carroll, brothers Donald Ribarchek and John "Steve" Ribarchek, brothers-in-law Hank Goode and Art Gibson, and a sister-in-law Rita Ribarchek.
A private burial at Union Cemetery will take place later.

Donald Paul Ribarchek, 86, Green Bay, died Monday, Jan. 3, 2011. Don was born in Two Rivers, on Dec. 26, 1924, to John Paul "Jack" and Eunice May (Remmel) Ribarchek. The family moved to Wrightstown where Don graduated from Wrightstown High School in 1942.Don served in the U.S. Army during World War II, stationed in the Philippines initially during the Liberation and in 1945, landed in Sendai, Japan, and was assigned to Army Headquarters in Yamagata, Japan. He was discharged as a Sergeant in February of 1946. On Nov. 24, 1953, Donald married Bette Stephan in Wrightstown.
Having served as a mail clerk and company clerk in the army, Don was primed for an eventual career in the U. S. Postal Service where he worked for 30 years and saw many changes. He started out sorting mail on the trains between Green Bay and either Chicago or Escanaba in the days when the small towns had their mail bag picked up by the train as it passed by! Over the years, he sorted mail on the HYPO 400 (Highway Post Office) and eventually finished out his career at the "Old" Green Bay Post Office on Walnut St.
In his retirement, he worked for the Green Bay Press-Gazette, and for several years, with his wife Bette, managed two different resorts in Door County. Don loved bowling, golfing and a good game of Spinner, and was one of the fans who really did attend the 1967 Ice Bowl.
Don is survived by his wife, Bette (Stephan); a son, Danny "Vinnie" Ribarchek (Missy Standard); a daughter, Jackie Nytes (Michael O'Brien); and grandsons, Sam Ribarchek and Patrick O'Brien; his brothers, Robert Ribarchek, Little Chute; Barney Ribarchek (Rita), Wrightstown; Dorothy Gibson, Burlington; and Gladys Good, Hazlehurst; and a sister in law, Carol Ribarchek.
He will also be greatly missed by Cleo and Hilary Swiechowski, Menasha; Jerry Nytes, Alice Nytes, and Tom and Tess Roberts, Kaukauna; Judy Kuffel, Green Bay; and Phyllis Ambrosius, De Pere.
Don was preceded in death by his brother, John "Steve" Ribarchek.

Bernard "Barney" Ribarchek, age 90, of Wrightstown, passed away peacefully Sunday, October 15, 2017 with his family at his side. The son of the late John and Eunice (Remmel) Ribarchek was born September 19, 1927 in Green Bay. He served his country in the US Navy from 1944-1948 during World War II. Rita and Bernard Ribarchek were united in marriage in 1950, and they celebrated almost 65 years of marriage before Rita passed away in 2015. Barney was a truck driver for Corey Steel in Cicero, IL for 35 years before retiring. He followed his son, Tom's, athletic career throughout his life, and was his #1 fan. He followed many sports teams, including the Packers, Brewers, Cubs, Badgers and the Wrightstown Tigers. He also enjoyed watching his grandchildren's sporting events and driving them around to their many activities. Barney cherished the many drives he took with Diane and Rita.
Survivors include his children: the late Tom (Kathy) and their daughter Courtney, the late Diane Ribarchek, Lynn (Joe) Kussow, Connie (Dan) Fritsch; grandchildren: Kerri (Al) Ruhland and their children: Ryan, Megan and Becky, the late Rebecca (Mike) Pennenberg and their children the late Raelia, Noah and Isaiah, Andrea Kussow, Adam (Tammy) Kussow and their children Mason and Mercedes, Alicia (Bryan) Bushey and their children Kierra, Kyla and a new arrival due soon, Justin Fritsch and children Kyrie and Brylee, Erica (Ryan) Buechel; sisters: Dorothy Gibson and Gladys Goode; sisters-in-law: Bette Ribarchek and Carol Ribarchek; Rita's family, Kieth (Jean) Vanevenhoven, Mary (Bob) Kersten, Carol (Randy) Siewert.

John "Steve" Ribarchek, 78, Green Bay, died Tuesday, March 25, 2008, following a brief illness. He was born March 6, 1930, in Wrightstown, to John and Eunice (Remmel) Ribarchek. On Sept. 3, 1955, Steve married Caroline Irlbeck at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Weyauwega. Steve served in the U.S. Navy for four years during the Korean War. Following the war, he worked as a department manager for Montgomery Ward for 40 years. He was an active member of St. Joseph Parish and a member of the Holy Name Society. Steve was a 3rd degree Knight of the Knights of Columbus Council #617. He was an avid Packers fan, loved bowling, playing sheepshead, working in his yard and flower garden, and was a devoted husband, father and grandfather.

Beatrice "Bea" Broeren, 83, Ashwaubenon resident, died unexpectedly at St. Mary's Hospital on Saturday, July 22, 2017. She was born January 14, 1934, in Wrightstown, to the late Gordon and Margaret (Rademacher) Remmel. Bea graduated from Wrightstown High School in 1951. Following high school, she attended St. Agnes School of Nursing in Fond du Lac, graduating in 1954 as a Registered Nurse. Bea married Eugene Broeren on November 28, 1957 at St. Paul's Catholic Church in Wrightstown. He preceded her in death on July 6, 1997. She was employed as a registered nurse at St. Mary's Hospital her entire career. Bea and Gene enjoyed traveling the world and never missed the opportunity to play a game of bridge with family and friends. Her pride and joy was her family and every year she looked forward to the annual summer vacation in northern Wisconsin.

Dorothy J. "Dottie" McIntosh passed away Friday October 23, 2015 at the age of 61. Dottie was born October 13, 1954 to Paul and Jean Remmel in Neenah, WI.
Dottie enjoyed cooking, swimming, dancing, and spending time with her family especially her grand children. Her potato salad was "world famous" and requested at every family gathering. She will always be remembered for living life her own way and for her generosity. She loved sharing recipes and even cooked while on a mission to Mississippi to help out after Hurricane Katrina.
Dottie is survived by two sons: Eric Schmidt (Rebecca) and Daniel Schmidt (Megan); five grandchildren; Courtney, Leanna, Tanner, Cassandra, and Caitlin; one great grandchild, Chloe. She is also survived by two brothers: Donald Remmel (Lorraine), David Remmel (Janice); one sister, Doris Krueger (William); one sister-in-law, Mary Remmel; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Richard Remmel. A special thank you to Kathy Pansy for all your help and support of our mother.

Jeffrey R. Randerson, "Rander" & "Gingahm," 38, Freedom, died unexpectedly on Friday March 16, 2007. Jeff was born Dec. 29, 1968, to Ronald and Sherry (Bodmer) Randerson in Appleton. He married the former Vicky Farrell on June 17, 1994, at St. Nicholas Catholic Church in Freedom. Jeff and Vicky own and operate the Adventures Child Care in Freedom, a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church and the Freedom Back Court Club. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, bowling, golf and was a master of kick the can. Jeff was a devoted husband and father who cherished the time he shared with his three children.

Thomas J. "Tom" Brittnacher, 54, Greenleaf, passed away peacefully Sunday, April 1, 2007, at a local hospital. He was born April 8, 1952, in Appleton, Wis., son of Clifford and Teresa (Vermeern) Brittnacher. He graduated from Wrightstown High School in 1970, and served his country in the United States Army from 1972 to 1974. He married Joy Vander Zanden on January 15, 1977, at St. Paul's Catholic Church in Combined Locks. Tom farmed all his life on the family farm, and it was the love of his life. Tom enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening, playing cards, and especially spending time with his grandchildren. He always made time for his friends, enjoying the many conversations and visits by all. Survivors include his loving wife, Joy; mother, Teresa; six children, Lance (Charlie Whitaker), Annette (Dennis Eiting), Christy (Gary Leick), Tom II, Ted, and Lynn; four granddaughters, Alyssa and Emily Eiting and Madison and Isabel Leick; four brothers and one sister, Steve (Diane), David (Gloria), Russ (Donna), Bill (Kris), and Jane (Joe Feldkamp); mother-in-law, Rose Vander Zanden; two sisters-in-law, Lucy Klister and Evelyn (Joe Kersten); many nieces and nephews; Godchildren, Matt Brittnacher, Heath Kersten, and Mike Brittnacher; and a very special family friend, Curtis Gerow. Tom was preceded in death by his father, Clifford Brittnacher; and a brother-in-law, Marlyn Klister. Family and friends may call Tuesday, April 3, 2007, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at St. Paul Catholic Church, Wrightstown. Visitation will continue on Wednesday from 9:30 a.m. until the hour of Mass at St. Paul Catholic Church, Wrightstown. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at church, with Msgr. John Schuh officiating. Interment will be in St. Paul Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Tom's name. Proceeds will benefit Syble Hopp School. DeWane-Cotter Funeral Home, Wrightstown, is assisting the family.
