    Obituary:
    Ronald H. "Bucky" Martens, 76, Village of Howard, passed away Saturday, Dec. 10, 2016 at his home with his family by his side. He was born January 9, 1940 in Green Bay to the late Harold and Rita (Oudeans) Martens. In his younger years, he starts working on a milk route. He also worked for Dick's Brothers Bakery and retired from Old Dutch Foods. On Sept. 5, 1959, he married Patsy Bellisle at St. Jude Catholic Church. She preceded him in death on Oct. 31, 2012.
    Ronald enjoyed being outdoors and tending his garden. He looked forward to his time hunting, fishing and camping. He enjoyed summers with his friends and family at his cottage "Up North". During the winter months, he traveled to Gulf Shores, Alabama. In Ronald's spare time, he could be found in his garage modifying his "curb-side treaures".
    Ronald is survived by his three children and their spouses, Kathy and Bob Wosnig, Karen and Mark Poirier, Kim Martens and her fiancé, Rick Zwaschka; eight grandchildren, Tyler Wosnig, Brianna (Stephen) Hodgson, Amanda (Ben) Burmeister, Matthew (Courtney) Poirier, Brittney (Ryan) Bachorz, Heidi King, Justin Martens, Maggie Martens; two great-grandsons, Logan Bachorz, Timothy Burmeister; a very special friend, Sharon Ness; three sisters, Judy Olson, Carol Pamperin, Sandy (Mike) Schmidt; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Floyd (Mary) Bellisle, Jr., Richard (Marilyn) Bellisle, Jack (Sue) Bellisle, Karen Bellisle; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
    He was preceded in death by his wife, Patsy; two sons, Ronald Jr. and Kevin Martens; a grandson, Michael John Poirier; two brothers-in-law, Ken Pamperin and Tom Bellisle; a sister-in-law, Joan Rousseau.
    Friends may call at Blaney Funeral Home, 1521 Shawano Ave., from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. Wednesday. The Funeral Service and Sharing of Memories will be at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. To send online condolences, please go to www.BlaneyFuneralHome.com.
