    Obituary:
    Lucas R. Peerenboom, age 20, of Tomahawk, passed away on Saturday, March 31, 2007, at University Hospital, from injuries suffered as a victim from a hit and run incident in Madison. Luke was born September 12, 1986, in Madison, the son of Dan and Lynn (Vanden Boogaard) Peerenboom. He graduated with high honors from Tomahawk High School in 2005 and was attending Madison Area Technical College.
    Luke is survived by his parents: Dan and Lynn Peerenboom; brother, Cody and sister Kelly, all of Tomahawk; paternal grandmother, Mary Lou Peerenboom, Little Chute, WI; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
    He was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Jim and Helen Vanden Boogaard; paternal grandfather, Robert Peerenboom.
    A Celebration of Luke's life will be held on Saturday, April 7, 2007, at the TOMAHAWK UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, 1104 School Rd., at Noon with Rev. Rebecca Niese officiating. Friends may call at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established. Luke had a passion for life, and especially loved his family, friends and music.
