    Louis P. Coenen, 89, De Pere, went to eternal rest on Wednesday, June 28, 2006. Born to the late Frank and Lena (Albers) Coenen on July 17, 1916, Louis lived in De Pere, his entire life. Louis served his country in World War II in the U.S. Army stationed in Europe. He married Mildred Derouin June 1, 1946. Louis worked as a butcher at Armour Foods for 42 years and also at Jacobs Grocery Store. He was an avid fisherman and hunter with many years spent at the "Diamond C" cabin in Pelican Lake, Wis. After his retirement in 1978, Louis and Millie traveled extensively.
    Survivors include wife, Mildred; three daughters and families, Lynn (Chuck) Leininger, children, Brook (friend, Drew) and Brittney (fiance, Tony); Vicki (Bob) Heuvelmans, children, Justin, Casey, and Whitney; Beckie (Jim) Rottier. Louis is further survived by brothers, Herb (Beattie) Coenen, Francis (Fritz) Coenen, and Clarence Coenen; sisters, Helen (Norb) Achten and Rosemary (Joe) Bartels.
    He was preceded in death by sisters and brothers-in-law, Agatha (Leo) Albers, Carol (Ray) Lisch; sisters-in-law, Eleanor Coenen and Fran Coenen; brother-in-law Gerald Bloemer.
    Louie spent countless hours volunteering for the VFW, De Pere Men's Club, and Our Lady of Lourdes. His entire life was spent enjoying his family and many friends.
    Visitation for Louis will be Friday, June 30, 2006, from 9 until 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes Family Parish (Corner of Suburban & Lourdes Drive, De Pere). Memorial Mass for Louis will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Our Lady of Lourdes Family Parish with Fr. Tim Shillcox, O. Praem., presiding.     Florence D. Boyea, 84, De Pere, went to eternal rest on Thursday, June 9, 2005. Florence was born to the late Frank and Lena (Albers) Coenen on Aug. 16, 1920, and live in the De Pere area her entire life. She married the late Steven (Sam) Boyea on June 27, 1946, at St. Boniface Church in De Pere. He preceded her in death Feb. 12, 1988. Sam and Florence farmed in the Town of Lawrence from 1946 to 1956. They then moved into the City of De Pere close to V.F.W. Park. Florence worked at West De Pere High School in the Custodial Department for 25 years.
    Her interests included attending daily Mass at Old St. Joseph Church, gardening, playing softball and volleyball years ago and bowling. Florence bowled in her league two days before her illness. Florence was very active in volunteer work, including refunding at St. Boniface Church and working for funeral dinners at St. Boniface and Our Lady of Lourdes Church for many years.
    Survivors include her two sons, David and his special friend, Janice Loehlein and Steve and Julie Boyea and their two children, Brian and Kelsey; Florence's daughter, Barbara (James) Heuvelmans and her son, Tom O'Connell Jr. Florence is also survived by one great-grandson, Ryan O'Connell. Other survivors include brothers, Louie (Millie) Coenen, Herb (Beattie) Coenen, Francis (Fritz) Coenen and Clarence Coenen; sisters include Helen (Norb) Achten and Rosemary (Joe) Bartels; and one brother-in-law, Gerald Bloemer.

    Herbert Coenen, 88, De Pere died peacefully with his family by his side on Monday night, October 18, 2010 at a local nursing home. Herb was born on November 10, 1921 in De Pere to Frank and Lena (Albers) Coenen. On January 6, 1947 he married the former Beatrice Gerarden the love of his life. He served his country for five and a half years as a paratrooper during World War II in the South Pacific. He volunteered for the first Army experimental paratroop unit while it was still in its infancy. Herbert worked for Nicolet Paper Company from 1945 until his retirement in 1983. He will be remembered for great things, especially for how much he loved his whole family. Herb was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Parish.
    Herbert is survived by his devoted and loving wife, Beatrice; their children: Gary H. (Bev) Coenen, Suamico; Ron (Judy) Coenen, De Pere; Dawn (Joie) Kampen, De Pere; son in law, Jim Lasee, Bellingham, WA; brothers Fritz and Clarence Coenen; sisters; Helen (Norb) Achten, Rosemary (Joe) Bartels; sisters-in-law, Dorothy Gerarden, Hazel Van De Ven, Margaret Forsythe, and Millie Coenen. His cherished grand children: Tiffany (Chris) Sanders and their children Lauren, Anna, and Mary; Graham (Erika) Lasee; Melissa (Ty) Little; Melissa and Matt Coenen; Jacob, Jed, Lena and Luke Kampen; and MyKenzie Wolford (granddaughter of Ron and Judy)
    Herbert was preceded in death by his parents, two children, Randy Coenen and Cindy Lasee, brother, Louis Coenen, sisters, Agatha (Leo) Albers, Florence (Sam) Boyea and Caroline (Ray) Lisch, brothers-in-law Donald Gerarden, Bernard Gerarden and Art Van De Ven, and his sisters in law; Eleanor Coenen and Fran Coenen.
    Herb will be very sadly missed by us all. He was a wonderful husband, father, and beloved grandpa. He was a very hard working man his whole life, and was always there to help.
    Friends may call at RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 305 N. Tenth St, De Pere, Thursday, October 21, 2010 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM. Visitation will continue on Friday, October 22, 2010 at Our Lady of Lourdes Parish Family, corner of Lourdes Ave and Suburban Dr, De Pere from 9:00 AM until time of service.     Francis "Fritz" Coenen, 89, of De Pere, died unexpectedly on All Saints Day, Thursday November 1, 2012 at home. The son of the late Frank and Lena (Albers) Coenen was born August 14, 1923 in De Pere. On April 27, 1946, he married the former Eleanor Van De Ven at St. Boniface Catholic Church. She preceded him in death on July 21, 2004. Fritz proudly served his country in the U.S. Army as an MP from 1943 to 1946.
    Fritz worked at DePere Progressive Farmers Co-op (now AgriPartners) for many years. He was an active member of the community and volunteered his time, talent and treasure to many worthy causes. He was a member and Past Officer of De Pere VFW Post 2113. Fritz loved playing cards enjoyed a good pool game in his earlier years. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting and fishing.
    Survivors include his son, Rick (Rosa) Coenen, De Pere, two daughters, Sandy (Don "Fuzz") Milquet, De Pere, Sue (Dennis) Boettcher, Rhinelander, four grandchildren, Sarah and Mark Coenen and Christopher (Michelle) and Tracy Sue Boettcher (fiancé, Greg Vaughan), one great-granddaughter, Alyssa Boettcher, one brother Clem, one sister, Rosemary (Joe) Bartels, as well as Fritz's special friend, Dee Aland.
    Family and friends may call at RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 305 North Tenth Street, De Pere, from 4:00 to 8:00 pm on Sunday November 4, 2012. Visitation will continue on Monday after 9:00 am at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Family, Lourdes Avenue at Suburban Drive, De Pere.     Sandy K. (Coenen) Milquet, passed away Tuesday evening June 6, 2017 at home. She was born August 16, 1949 to the late Fritz and Eleanor (Vande Ven) Coenen. Sandy was united in marriage to Donald "Fuzz" Milquet. She was a graduate of West De Pere High School and then went onto Beauty School. Sandy spent most of her career working at De Pere Beauty Shop, which she eventually owned and ran until retirement. She had a big heart, great sense of humor, and a fun-loving spirit that could not be beat.
    Sandy is survived by her siblings; Rick (Rosa) Coenen, Sue (Dennis) Boettcher, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Fuzz in 2013 as well as her parents.
