Ann C. (Rohan) Petit, age 90, passed away December 26, 2014 at Theda Care Medical Center in New London, WI with her family by her side. She was born on March 16, 1924, in New London, WI, the daughter of the late John and Mae (Carey) Rohan. Ann was united in marriage to Glenn L. Ann worked hard all her entire life. She enjoyed being outdoors, going to the park, or picking berries, or going on horse-drawn hayrides and picking pumpkins. She enjoyed Dilly Bar visits and even said sometimes she would eat ice-cream for breakfast. She enjoyed a good glass of Mogan David wine. She always enjoyed St. Patrick's Day, because she said "New Dublin would always have a nice parade for her birthday." "Erin Go Bragh!" She enjoyed driving around looking at Christmas lights or going for rides with Marge. She also enjoyed getting away and relaxing with Bernie Briski, Jean Marie Mueller, Mark and Judy Fellers, and Linda Friday. She was also known for her favorite coleslaw and potato salad recipes. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her children and her grandchildren. She always put others needs in front of her own.
Ann will be deeply missed by her children, David Petit, Appleton; Frank (Sandy) Petit, Kaukauna; Alvin Petit, Manawa; Marge Petit, New London; sisters, Jane Auer, New London and Helen Laux, New London. The family would like to express a special thank you to: Sheila Wilson, Jean Marie Mueller, Linda Friday and Sandy Landow, Theda Care Medical Center Staff, including doctors, nurses, CNA's, and housekeepers on third floor, and all who touched her life.
    Dear Mom,
Thank you for being the best Mom anyone could ask for. We had our ups and downs, good times and bad times, but you were always there when we needed someone to talk to. You are with Jesus now. Until we meet again, with love.
