    Michael A. Ales, age 66, of Appleton passed away on Friday, August 28, 2015 at Theda Clark Medical Center. He was born on June 24, 1949, son of the late Thomas and Margaret Ales. On December 21, 1995 he married Susan K Kuklinski. Michael used to run his own painting business, held several custodial jobs in the area, and most recently was employed by the History Museum at the Castle. Mike's favorite pastime was watching movies with his wife.
    He will be sadly missed by his loving wife, Sue; and numerous friends and relatives.
    In accordance with Mike's wishes, no service will be held. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established. Menasha's Westgor Funeral Home is serving the family. 720-0314
    The family would like to thank the nurses and staff at Theda Clark as well as Chaplain Mark Holmes for all of your care and compassion.
