Obituary:
Paul Feldkamp, age 67, of Kaukauna, passed away in Door County on Wednesday evening. Paul was born in Kaukauna on March 25, 1941, son of the late John and Margaret (Schmitz) Feldkamp. Upon his graduation from high school, he began working at Thilmany's in Kaukauna, and worked there for over forty years. On September 16, 1967, Paul married Nola Keller in Forest Junction, Wisconsin, and the couple shared forty-one wonderful years together. Paul also served his country as a member of the United States Army and was stationed in Germany. Paul loved the outdoors, sports of all kinds, and family vacations, especially frequent retreats to Door County. He was an avid deer hunter, and he recently participated in an Elk Hunt in Arizona where he harvested a trophy elk.
Survivors include his wife, Nola Feldkamp of Kaukauna; two children: Gregory (Julia) Feldkamp of Cleveland, Ohio; and Erica Feldkamp of Chicago; a sister: Donna Rahn of Omro; five brothers-in-law: Jerry Kroll of Kaukauna, Robert Keller of Florida, Richard Keller of California; Peter (Ann) Keller of Appleton; Kurt (Lisa) Keller of Forest Junction; and a lifelong friend: Don Weyers of Kaukauna.
Paul was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Robert, a sister Betty Kroll, and a brother-in-law Orlan Rahn.
Memorial services for Paul will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, August 23, 2008, at HOLY SPIRIT PARISH - KIMBERLY, 600 E. Kimberly Avenue, with Fr. David Beaudry officiating. Friends will be received at the church on Saturday morning from 10:30 a.m. until the hour of the memorial service. In lieu of flowers, the family has suggested that donations be directed to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
