    Obituary:
    Charlotte M. Rossmeissl 88, Appleton, passed away peacefully on Sat. Jan. 24, 2015 at Brewster Village in Appleton. Char was born on June 4, 1926 in Appleton to George and Charlotte (Buttrick) Nemacheck. Charlotte married Robert Rossmeissl on Aug 22, 1953 at St. Mary Catholic Church in Appleton and he preceded her in death in 2000. She graduated from Oshkosh Teacher's College and first taught in Neenah. She then went on to teach at Edison, St. Joe's and St. Therese where she was also principal. She ended her career at St. Pius X Parish. Charlotte was a long time member of the Catholic Daughters of America, Secular Franciscan Order, was an original member of ACES and volunteered at NAMI. Mom had a zest for life and participated to the fullest. Whether it was sharing stories of her youth, her college years, raising her family, teaching and praying, playing cards with her friends, entertaining and cheering loudly for her favorite team.
    She will be greatly missed by her four children: Mary (Mark) Keller, Appleton; Stephen (Wendie) Rossmeissl, Sussex; Thomas (Jo Carroll) Rossmeissl, Green Bay and Peter Rossmeissl, Madison; grandchildren: Brian (Abiola) Keller, Robert (Amanda) Keller, Cory (Carly) Rossmeissl, Elizabeth (Matt) Gossman, Hannah (Christopher) Mott and Samuel Rossmeissl; great grandchildren: Tryton Keller, Olamina Keller, Gabriel Keller, Maxwell Gossman and Magnolia Mott; brother, Robert (Elizabeth) Nemacheck, Menominee Falls; brother-in-law, John (Anne) Rossmeissl, Madison; her cousin, Rev. Dean Buttrick and numerous nieces and nephews.
    Charlotte was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert; brother-in-law, Thomas Rossmeissl.
    A Mass of Resurrection for Charlotte will be held at 11 AM, Fri. Jan. 30, 2015 at St. Therese Catholic Church with Rev. William Hoffman officiating. Interment will be in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Appleton. Friends may visit the family on Fri. from 9:30 - 11 AM directly at church prior to the mass.
    The family would like to thank the staff of Brewster Village for their compassionate care of Mom these past years. Also thank you to Rev. Gerald Falk, St. Therese Parish, the Third Order of St. Francis and the prayerful loving support from family and friends. In lieu of flowers a memorial fund is being established.

    Charlotte married Rossmeissl, Robert 22 Aug 1953, Appleton, Outagamie, Wisconsin, USA. Robert (son of Rossmeissl, Edmund and Reuter, Helen) was born 11 Jun 1922; died 9 Oct 2000. [Group Sheet]
