    Obituary:
    Raymond G. Becker Menasha - Raymond G. Becker, 47, 816 Appleton road, died at 10:30 Thursday night at his home after suffering a heart attack while shoveling snow. He was born March 10 1911 in the town of Harrison and had lived in Menasha 14 years, coming from Kaukauna. He was employed by the Soo Line railroad in Neenah. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Laemmrich Funeral home with the Rev. Walter Lichtsinn, pastor at Trinity Lutheran church, in charge. Burial will be in Resthaven cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Sunday. Survivors are the widow; a daughter, Miss Barbara, at home; three sons, Bruce Mark and Robert , all at home; his mother, Mrs. Cel Becker, Kaukauna; two brothers, Edward of Menasha and Norbert of Kaukauna, and his Sister, Miss Germaine Becker, Kaukauna.

    Obituary:
    Bruce Becker, 69, Appleton, was received into God's glory on Sunday, May 30, 2010, surrounded by his family at Theda Clark Medical Center after complications from a stroke. Bruce was born on Oct. 23, 1940, in Appleton, Wis., the oldest son of Raymond and Emma (Paholke) Becker. He was a lifelong member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Menasha, where he served as an elder. Bruce was involved in many volunteer activities over the years, most notably Prison Ministry.
    Bruce attended Trinity Lutheran School in Menasha and graduated from Menasha High School in 1959. Bruce had several employments, retiring from the Appleton Post-Crescent after more than 30 years of service. He was also employed at Curwood and currently had a USA Today paper route.
    Bruce is survived by his first wife and mother of his children, Judith Becker; beloved children, Robyn (Jeff) Goetzman, Jill (Matt) Chaplock; grandchildren, Courtney and Kayla Goetzman; Monica and Marley Chaplock; sister, Barbara (Tom) Kester; brother, Mark (Jeanne) Becker; his aunt, Bonnie Kobussen; many nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends.
    Bruce was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Robert.
    Funeral services for Bruce will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, June 4, 2010, at Trinity Lutheran Church, 300 Broad St., Menasha, with the Rev. Steven Billings officiating. Interment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, Neenah. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, June 3, 2010, at Trinity Lutheran Church, 300 Broad St., and from 9 a.m. Friday at the church until the time of the service.
    In lieu of flowers, a memorial is being established in Bruce's name.
    The family would like to thank the staffs of Theda Care Medical Center, Theda Care at Home and Theda Star for their compassion and care for Bruce and his family.
