He is survived by his father: David (Phyllis) Wereley; his mother: Sandra (Bill) Van Elzen; sisters Beckie (Jim) Warner and Amy (Marc) Belli; grandmother: Laila "Tommie" Wereley; and his nephew: Kevin (Katie) Wereley.
Jon was a passionate man; pouring his talents into multiple forms of artwork, including drawing and painting. He shared his time, effort, energy and love with those in his life... and truly cherished his connections with others.
Over the years, Jon enjoyed spending time at the Clare Kiepke Community Outreach Center. He brought beautiful artwork, outbursts of laughter, and honorable competition in pool to the ORC.
A private family service will be held to celebrate the unique life of Jon, as well as mourn the loss of further opportunities to enjoy his big personality and open heart.
