    Obituary:
    Hortonville - Keith Herbert Main, age 87, of Appleton, passed away peacefully at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center in Appleton on Monday, January 8, 2018. He was born on June 13, 1930, in the Township of Ellington, son of the late Clyde and Gladys (Kaddatz) Main. On June 6, 1953, Keith was married to Helen Thern at the First Congregational United Church of Christ, New London. Keith was a successful dairy farmer from the age of 13 until his retirement at age 70.
    Keith will be remembered for his infectious smile, generous heart, and kind spirit. He was continually grateful for the people in his life.
    Keith is survived by his son, Rick; daughters, Bonnie (John) Main Grisson and Rose Ann (Rod) Helm; and grandchildren, Anna Grisson; Laura Grisson and Marah Helm. Keith is further survived by his siblings, Mary Lou Hooyman, Gene (Karen) Main, Jim (Judie) Main, Linda Suprise and Sally Piechocki; as well as many other relatives and friends.
    Keith is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Helen in 2015; brother Donald Main; and sisters, Lila Strong and Joyce Pluger.
    Funeral services for Keith will be held on Friday, January 12, 2018, at 10:30 a.m. at Faith Community United Methodist Church (N1966 Julius Rd), Greenville with Revs Roberta Thomson and Loretta Waezli officiating. Visitation will be held at the church on Friday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will be in Appleton Highland Memorial Park.

    In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established.

    The family would like to sincerely thank the doctors, nurses, and staff at ThedaCare-Home Care, ThedaCare Regional-Appleton 2nd Floor ICU/Comfort Care, and Encircle Wound Care for the tender care shown to Keith. Thank you to Meals on Wheels of Hortonville for their support and companionship.

    Joyce Irene Pluger, age 83, of Shiocton, went to meet her Lord and Savior unexpectedly on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at her residence in the Town of Bovina. Joyce was born on October 29, 1933 to the late Clyde and Gladys (Kaddatz) Main in the Township of Ellington. She was united in marriage to James Pluger on January 28, 1956. Joyce was a resident of Shiocton all her life and was employed at Zwicker Mills in Appleton. She was a devoted member of Messiah Ev. Lutheran Church in Shiocton and was a very devoted and loving grandma to her grandkids.
    Joyce is survived by her children, Charles (Lynda) Shiocton and Ken (Kathy) Pluger, Shiocton; grandchildren, Aaron, Adam and Anna Pluger and Sarah (Chris) Prelesnik; three great-grandchildren, Brain Dawes Jr. and Zoe and Eli Prelesnik; siblings, Keith Main, Mary Lou Hooyman, Gene (Karen) Main, Jim (Judie) Main, Linda Suprise and Sally Piechocki and sisters-in-law, Donna Main, Margaret Bates and Lucille Wadel. She is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
    Joyce was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James; grandson, Eric; brother, Donald Main; sister, Lila Strong; brothers-in-law, Dean Strong, Ray Suprise and Alex "Butch" Hooyman; sister-in-law, Helen (Keith) Main, other in-laws, William and Joyce Pluger, Ben Bates, Jerry and Barb Strong, Ione Pluger, Earl Wadel and Eddie and Liz Pluger.
    The funeral service for Joyce will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 16, 2017 at Messiah Ev. Lutheran Church in Shiocton. Rev. Bradley Ragner will be officiating. Visitation will take place from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service directly at the church on Saturday. Burial will be in Bovina Cemetery in the Town of Bovina.
    In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established.

    Lila C. Strong, age 74, of Hortonville, went to her heavenly home on Monday, October 15, 2012, at Rennes Health Care Center in Appleton. Lila was born on October 8, 1938, in the Town of Stephensville, Outagamie County, daughter of the late Clyde Jr. and Gladys (Kaddatz) Main. She was united in marriage to Dean Strong. He preceded her in death in 2002. Lila worked at Appleton Papers for over 20 years, retiring in the late 1990's. She was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran church in Hortonville. Lila enjoyed spending time in her woods up north in Phelphs and time with her family.
    Lila is survived by her children, Sherry (Onie) Walker, Green Bay, Barb (Tom) Seidel, Fond du Lac, and Jeff (Amy) Strong, Appleton; eight grandchildren, Evlynn, Kendra, Leah, Thomas, Alison, Cara (Mark) Truckey, Candice, and Cory; siblings: Mary Lou (Donald) Hooyman-Dorn, Appleton; Keith (Helen) Main, Appleton; Donna Main, New London; Joyce Pluger, Shiocton; Gene (Karen) Main, Shiocton; Linda (Raymond) Suprise, Little Chute; Sally Piechocki, Shiocton; James (Judy) Main, Shiocton. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
    She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, a granddaughter Cayla, brother Donald, brothers-in-law Alex Hooyman and James Pluger.
    The Christian Memorial Service for Lila will be held on Wednesday, October 17, 2012, at 5:00 p.m. at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Hortonville with Rev. Joel Jenswold officiating. A gathering of family and friends will be held directly at the church on Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. until the time of the service.
    In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
