    Lawrence John Peters, 77, of Arkdale died Thursday, March 17, 2005 at St. Joseph's Hospital in West Bend.
    Funeral services will be at 4 p.m. Monday at the Roseberry's Funeral Home in Friendship. The Rev. Ronald Hanson will officiate.?Adams VFW Post 6279, Adams American Legion Red Cloud Post 250 and Grand Marsh American Legion Snyder-Richardson Post 273 will offer military rites.
    Visitation will be at Roseberry's Funeral Home from 1 to 4 p.m. Monday.
    Lawrence was born June 20, 1927, in Valders to Chester and Amanda (Roth) Peters. He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the Army in the European theater of war. Lawrence worked as an electrician in Milwaukee before retiring to Adams County in 1988.
    Lawrence was preceded in death by his parents, Michael and Dolores Peters, and an infant son.
    Survivors include five daughters, Deborah A. (Scott Robbins) Peters of Salt Lake City, Victoria M. (James Dildine) Peters of Mankato, Minn., Lisa (Pat Manning) Nealey of Milwaukee, Carol (Dale) Bucholtz of Gresham, and Lori (Howie) Timper of Colgate; two sons, John W. (Patty) Peters of West Bend and Paul E. (Lisa) Peters of West Bend; 17 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.

    Lawrence married Caze, Dolores Edna Aft 1944. Dolores (daughter of Caze, Joseph F. and Zillges, Anna) was born 26 Oct 1926, Appleton, Outagamie, Wisconsin, USA; died 17 Jan 2004, Germantown, Washington, Wisconsin, USA. [Group Sheet]

    Janet Grace Zwicker died Sunday, August 28, 2016 with family members and her puppy Fritzy at her side. She was born on March 5, 1934 in Appleton, Wisconsin, the daughter of the late Chester and Amanda (Roth) Peters. On July 22nd 1950 she married the love of her life, David Lyle Zwicker and they recently celebrated their 66th wedding anniversary. Together they raised their six children.
    Janet was a devoted wife and mother, an accomplished cook and dedicated home maker. She was a member of the Appleton Yacht Club, belonged to the Manhattan Dance Club and provided desserts for Faith Lutheran Church. She also completed the Dale Carnegie course, How to Win Friends and Influence People.
    She will be remembered for her knowledge of herbs and the wonderful herb garden that gave the perfect touch to her culinary meals. Her unique sense of humor was infectious and put people at ease wherever she went. She was also a faithful servant of the Lord. Her favorite Bible verse was Psalm 23:4.
    Janet and Dave lived in Appleton and Egg Harbor. They enjoyed their summer home in Door County with its beautiful flower beds and scenic water views. The cottage provided many family memories throughout their life.
    Survivors include her husband David and her children: Holly (Thomas) Kottke, Heather (Rick) Ferrari, Dewey (Deborah) Zwicker, David (Melissa) Zwicker, Sally (Tony) Page and Susen Zwicker; her grandchildren and spouses Include: Renee (Scott) Gilson, David (Melissa) Clapp, Christopher (Diana) Clapp, Richard (Cindy) Zwicker, James (Stacy) Zwicker, Carlye (Robert) Trowbridge, Michael Ahrens, Timothy Ahrens and Daniel Lazich; her great-grandchildren are Brian Gilson, Rhys Zwicker, Rowan Zwicker, Audrey Zwicker, Dominick Zwicker, Evelyn Trowbridge, Jonathan Trowbridge, Midnight and Iris Coor. Janet is also survived by three sisters: Grace (Jerome) Rhode, Joyce (Ted) Lang and Mary (Doug) Babino; three brothers-in-law: Earl Zwicker, Fred Zwicker, and Donald Arthur. Other survivors include nieces, nephews and many dear friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her in-laws Dewey and Erna Zwicker, a brother Lawrence Peters, and sisters Audrey (Chuck) Thiel, Shirley Arthur, and Marge (Ed) Schaller.
    The funeral service for Janet will be held at 12:00 Noon on Friday, September 2, 2016 at FAITH LUTHERAN CHURCH, 601 E. Glendale Avenue in Appleton, with Rev. Rudy Herbrich officiating. A private entombment will take place at Highland Memorial Park. Visitation for family and friends will be on Thursday, September 1, from 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the Wichmann Funeral Home, 537 N. Superior Street in Appleton, and also at the church on Friday morning from 10:00 Am until the time of the service. A memorial fund has been established in Janet's name at Faith Lutheran Church.
    The family would like to thank Pastor Rudy Herbrich for his many hours of home visits. Special Thanks to Jan's Caregivers, Carmen Whitby and Lisa Kappus, for their tireless devotion and compassion. Thanks also to Shelby of Heartland Hospice, for the "Special Care" that she provided.
