Vandehey, GeraldGerald "Gerry" Vandehey, Antigo, died Thursday, May 12, 2005, at Aspirus H ospital, Wausau. He was 92 years old. He was born March 5, 1913, in Bro wn County, a son of the late Henry and Ann (Van Abel) Vandehey.On November 24, 1938, he married Thelma Smith in Appleton. She survives. M r. Vandehey attended Hollandtown Grade School, graduated from Kaukauna Hi gh School in 1930, and later graduated from Bowlby Business College, Apple ton. In 1941, he moved to Antigo, where he and his brother owned and opera ted the Vandehey Motors Ford Dealership until 1959, and along with his wif e, owned and operated Thelma's stores in Antigo, Merrill and Clintonvil le until retiring.Survivors, in addition to his wife, include four daughters, a son, and t wo sisters.Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. on Monday at St. John Catholic Churc h. Rev. Charles Hoffmann officiated.
