Obituary:
Age 73, passed away Monday, February 12, 1962, in Waupaca, WI. He was born on August 13, 1888, in the Town of Center, WI., son of Frederick & Anna (Sitts) Hartsworm. He was a WWI Veteran, a life member of the D. A. V., the American Legion and the Waupaca Barracks. He was a retired service station operator.
He is survived by his wife Pearl, three sons, Wallace, Black Creek; Robert, Fort Lewis, Washington; John, Camp Pendleton, California; one daughter, Mrs. Clarie (Marjorie) Turner, Waukesha; two brothers, Fred, Appleton and Wilbert, Neenah; three sisters. Mrs. Emma Wisthoff, Miles City, Montana, Mrs. Pauline Zimmerman, Neenah; Mrs. Alice Puls, Appleton; a sister-in-law, Elsie Hartworm, Appleton; 12 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Charles, Walter and John; two sisters, Albert (Mary) Schultz and Arthur (Anna) Puls.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, February 15, 1962, at the Holly Funeral Home, Waupaca, the Rev. H.C. Tretow, Dale, WI., officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Wednesday.

Henry married Nelson, Pearl Bef 1920. Pearl was born 3 Mar 1899; died 5 Jan 1999, Waupaca, Waupaca, Wisconsin, USA; was buried , Highland Memorial Park Cemetery, Appleton, Wisconsin, USA. [Group Sheet]

Description: Wallace H. Hartsworm Black Creek Age 48, passed away at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in an Appleton hospital. He was born January 2, 1920 in Montana, the son of the late Mr. Henry Hartsworm and Pearl Hartsworm. He resided in the Black Creek area most of his life. He served with Sea-bees during World War II. He was a member of the American Legion, Black Creek. On April 11, 1942 he was united in marriage to Miss Virginia Eberhard in Black Creek. Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Mrs. Wayne (Donna) Stingel, Black Creek; Miss Joanne Hartsworm, at home; one son, Steve, at home; one grandchild; his mother, Mrs. Pearl Hartsworm, Waupaca; one sister, Mrs. Claire (Marge) Turner, Waukesha; two brothers, Robert, Route 1, Waupaca; Jack, Sunbury, Pennsylvania. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the Muehl Funeral home,Black Creek with the Rev. Anthony Stefl officiating. The rosary will be prayed at 8 p.m. Wednesday.
