    Obituary:
Kenneth H. Bodway, 86, Menasha, WI passed away suddenly on Tuesday, November 28, 2017. He was born in Appleton, WI on July 18, 1931, to Wilbur and Ann (Mitchell) Bodway. Ken graduated from Appleton High School in 1950, where he had excelled in football, track and field and baseball. He was drafted into the Army in 1952. After basic training was completed, Ken came home on a two week leave and married the love of his life, Patricia (Pat) J. Getschow on August 28, 1952. He then was sent to Korea, where he served in the Korean War. When Ken got out of the Army, he returned to the Appleton area where he spent the vast majority of his working career employed in construction at Appleton Lathing, from which he retired in 1993. Ken was an avid outdoorsman, who loved to gun and bow hunt and to fish. Pat also liked to fish. Declining health forced Ken to give up hunting, but he and Pat continued fishing together until very recently.
He is survived by his wife of 65 years, four daughters: Kathy (Daniel) Haase, Neenah, WI; Sue (Joseph J.) Kosiorek, Neenah, WI; Kelly (Fred) Kiewatt, Eagan, MN; and Jennifer (Ash) Bauer, Naperville, IL, and a brother-and-sister-in law: Ricky and Mary (Cammy) Getschow, Appleton, WI; eight grandchildren: Joseph K. (Beth) Kosiorek, Megan (Zachary) Kollmansburger, Melissa (Jackson) Williams, Michael Kiewatt, Kevin Kiewatt, Kasey (Luke) Hylbak, Matthew Bauer and Lauren Bauer; and two great grandchildren: Reese and Caleb Kollmansburger.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother and sister-in-law (Donald and Carol Bodway); a sister, Jean Franke, and by a grandson, Jon Kosiorek.
A Memorial Mass will take place at 11:00 am on Friday, December 1, 2017 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 222 E. Fremont Street, Appleton WI with Fr. Jon Thorsen. Friends and family may visit at the church from 10:00am until the time of Mass.
