    Obituary:
    Andrew Bartlein, 64, lifelong resident of the town of Harrison, Calumet county, died Thursday evening at 8 o'clock at St. Elizabeth's hospital in Appleton as the result of injuries sustained Thursday afternoon in Appleton when the automobile he was driving was struck broadside by a passenger train at the Appleton street crossing as the train was drawing into the station. His car was pushed 187 feet and was demolished.
    Mr. Bartlein was born Dec. 18, 1876 in the town of Harrison and was one of the leading farmers of the rural section east of Menasha. Survivors are his wife; one daughter, Renona Bartlein, Milwaukee; two sons, Ronald Bartlein, at home; and Russell Bartlein, Webster, Wis; three sisters, Mrs. Anna Eckrich, Menasha; Mrs. Louise Arno, Oshkosh; and Mrs. George Wilz, Route 1, Menasha; and four grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Monday morning at 9:30 at the residence in the town of Harrison; and at 10 o'clock at St. Mary's Catholic church with Rev. Msgr. John Hummel officiating. Interment will be in St. Mary's cemetery. Friends my call at the residence Saturday afternoon and until the time of the service.

    Obituary:
    Russell G. Bartlein, age 54, passed away unexpectedly Saturday evening. He was born August 12, 1908 in Calumet County, and has been a resident of the Neenah area for the past 14 years. He was employed at the Galloway Company.

    Mr. Bartlein is survived by his wife, Marion; his mother, Mrs. Andrew Bartlein; three daughters, Barbara, Calif.; Bonnie and Betty, at home; four sons, Bernard, U.S.A.F., Japan; Bruce, Calif.; Bennett, Oklahoma; Bradford, at home; one brother, Ronald, Menasha; one sister, Renona, Cleveland, Ohio; 5 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Westgor Funeral Home, Neenah with Rev. Bryce G. Armstrong officiating. Interment will be in Oakhill Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. Tuesday until the hour of the service.

    Age 72, died Tuesday, July 29, 1986, at St. Elizabeth Hospital, after a lingering illness. She was born October 19, 1913, in the Town of Harrison. She worked at Central National Bank, Cleveland, Ohio, for many years, retiring in 1979. She was a graduate of Lawrence University, a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church, Appleton, and a member of the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority.
    Survivors include a sister-in-law, Mrs. Marion Bartlein, Neenah; nieces; and nephews. There will be no visitation. A memorial mass will be held Friday, August 1 at 2 p.m. at St. Theresa Catholic Church with Father Dan Gilsdorf officiating. A memorial fund has been established. Memorials may be sent to Laemmrich Funeral Home, Menasha.

    Bartlein, Terrie Kay
    Terrie Kay Bartlein, age 46, of Appleton, died unexpectedly in an automobile accident on Monday, January 5, 2009. She was born on August 4, 1962. Terrie was true free spirit. She was trusting, compassionate, and happy go lucky with a truly generous heart. Terrie ended every conversation with her trademark "love ya". Her fearless nature led to careers as a long-haul truck driver, locksmith, and welder. She enjoyed riding motorcycles and working on her 1974 LTD.
    Terrie's passions were her black lab furbaby, Baby Angus, and her special bond with niece, Paige.
    Terrie will be dearly missed by her parents, Bruce and Shirley Bartlein; brothers: Jim (Lisa) Bartlein; Mike (Tonya) Bartlein; sisters: Debbie (Todd) Bartlein-Kunstman; Leeann (Randy) Ridout; Suzette (Susan) Bartlein; Dawn (Steve) Paulick; nephews: Andy, Steven, Keaton, Kaelen, Michael, Remington, Austin, and Cody; nieces: Sarah, Rachel, Kate, and Paige; great-nieces: Jade, Jenna, and Reiley; ex-husband Perry Bryant; and many friends.
    A memorial service will be held at 5 p.m. on Friday, January 9, 2009, at the Wichmann Tri-County Chapel. Inurnment will be at Highland Memorial Park, Appleton.
