    Clara E. Heindl, age 94, passed away on Saturday April 24, 2004 at St. Elizabeth Hospital. Clara was born October 24, 1909, in Menasha, the daughter of the late John and Mary (Michalkiewicz) Dombrowski. Clara married John Heindl on Nov. 22, 1926, at St. John Catholic Church, Menasha. He preceded her in death on July 27, 1956. Clara was employed at the Banta Corporation for 25 years until her retirement. She was a member of St. John's, Menasha, the Eagles, the Eagles Dart Ball League Falcons, the St. John Rosary Society. Clara loved and was truly devoted to her family, she enjoyed being with people, traveling, playing cards and gambling.
    Her survivors include; her son Dick (Geraldine) Heindl, Menasha, a daughter in Law Margaret "Dolly" Heindl, Menasha, eleven Grandchildren, Jim (Mary) Heindl, Paula (David) Hayford, Pam (Paul) Cleveland, Cindy Ohlrogge, Karla (Joe) Taggart, Julie Heindl, Terry Heindl, Tami (Jim) Braun, Mike (Sharon) Hammes, Patti (Greg) Muthig, Sandy (Ken) Rozek, and a grandson-in-law Mike Forbes, 25 great-grandchildren, six step-great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren, seven step- great-great-grandchildren. Clara is further survived by a sister-in-law Violet Dombrowski, Mich., a special friend Amber Blount and many nieces and nephews.
    She was preceded in death by her infant daughter May Bernice, her daughter Lucile (John) Hammes, her son Eugene "Skip" Heindl, six brothers, one sister and Clara's special friend Paul Bayer.
    Funeral services will be on Wednesday, April 28, 2004, 11 a.m. at St. John Catholic Church, 516 De Pere Street, with Father Paul Radetski officiating. Family and friends will be received at Laemmrich Funeral Home, 312 Milwaukee Street, Menasha on Tuesday, April 27, 2004, from 4 until 8 p.m. and again on Wednesday AT THE FUNERAL HOME from 10 until 10:45 a.m. when the funeral cortege will process to church. Interment will be in St. John Cemetery, Menasha

    Richard Heindl passed into the hands of the Lord on Dec. 24, 2011. Richard was born on June 3, 1927, in Menasha, Wis., to the late John and Clara (Dombrowski) Heindl.
    Richard entered World War II at age 17 and served as a Navy Seaman First Class. Upon his return from service, he began working as a Pressman at the Geo. Banta Company (now R.R. Donnelley) until his retirement in 1962. After retirement, Richard and Geraldine were Transport Agents for Behm Motors in Appleton.
    He married the love of his life, Geraldine Francart of Neenah, on Nov. 20, 1948, at St. Patrick Parish, Menasha. As a young man, he and Geraldine enjoyed roller skating, square dancing, playing cards, fishing and most of all, traveling. Richard was a member of the American Legion and a Winnebago County Deputy Sheriff.
    Richard was a vibrant part of the Menasha community by serving as Alderman of the 4th Ward for 12 years. He was also a Winnebago County Supervisor for two years. As a member of St John Parish in Menasha, Richard was involved in the Holy Name Society and other committees as well as Parish Ministry. Above all, Richard's family was the most important thing in his life.
    Richard is lovingly survived by his wife, Geraldine Heindl; son, James (Mary) Heindl, Combined Locks; daughter, Paula (David) Hayford, Oshkosh; and grandchildren, Kevin Hayford and fiancee, Ashley Stini, Oshkosh; Ryan (Melissa) Heindl, Richfield, Minn.; Brian Hayford, Neenah; Erica (Justin) Johnson,Neenah; Michelle Heindl, Combined Locks; and Melanie (Mitchell) Smith, Minnetonka, Minn. He is further survived by six great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
    Richard was preceded in death by his brother, Eugene; and sister, Lucille (John) Hammes.
    Richard's Rite of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, Dec. 29, 2011, at 11 a.m. at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 516 De Pere Street, Menasha, with Fr. Paul Paider officiating. Visitation will be held at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of Mass.
    The family wishes to thank the caring staff at Parkside Care Center in Little Chute and Heartland Hospice for their kind care of Richard.
