Obituary:
Kevin J. Orth, age 40, of Olathe KS, died on Thur. Dec. 11, 2008. He was born on March 18, 1968, and lived in Brillion until joining the military. Kevin served in the 101st Military Intelligence Battalion, Long Range Surveillance Detachment and was a veteran of Operation Desert Storm. He married Tasha Martin on Oct. 11, 1997. He owned and operated New Coat Painting. Kevin had a passion for the outdoors and loved hunting and fishing with his children and friends.
Survivors include his wife Tasha Orth, his children: Jocelyn, Hunter, Logan, and Macy; his mother, Sharon (Lonnie) Puskala of Brillion; his father Delvin (Mary) Orth of Newton; his sister and brothers: Kathy (Eric) Gyorko, Brian (Lori) Orth, Craig (Andria) Orth, grandfather George Orth, grandmother Marge LeClair, nieces and nephews, Dara, Zane, Rachel, Courtney, Jared, and Zachary, a great-aunt Marion Duby, and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Also surviving are his mother-in-law and father-in-law Janet and Robert Martin; his sister-in-law, Tami Cardan and family, brothers-in-law: Troy Martin and family and John Evers and family.
Kevin was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Leo LeClair, and paternal grandmother Albina Orth.
Memorial mass will be held on Wednesday, December 17th, at 5 p.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church in Brillion. The Rev. Mathew Simonar will officiate. Friends may call at the church on Wed. from 2 p.m. until the time of mass. The Wieting Funeral Home in Brillion is assisting the Orth family with arrangements.
