Margaret A. Henschel
70, Appleton, passed away Wednesday Sept. 4, 2013 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born Oct. 3, 1942 in Oshkosh to the late Victor and Clara (Fine) Draeger. Margaret married Rodney Henschel on July 17, 1965. She worked at Zwicker's and Airmark for many years retiring in 1998. She was a member of St. Paul Ev. Lutheran Church in Appleton and participated in Bible study there. Margaret enjoyed gardening, fishing, walking the dog and playing cards Friday nights with Daniel and Elaine.
Margaret is survived by her husband, Rodney, Appleton; a son, Timothy (Kris) Henschel, New London; granddaughter, Michelle Henschel, Appleton; 3 step grandchildren: Jordan, Amber and Tara; two sisters: Norma Bolduan, Combined Locks and Dorothy Kelling, Appleton; two brothers: David Draeger, Neenah and Daniel (Elaine) Draeger, Oshkosh; two sisters-in-law: Cyndi Henschel, Clintonville and Cindy Henschel, Oshkosh.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, James; one brother, Victor; three brothers-in-law: James Bolduan, Dan Henschel and Bradley Henschel and a sister-in-law, Nina Draeger.
Funeral services for Margaret will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, Sept. 7, 2013 at St. Paul Ev. Lutheran Church, Appleton (302 N. Morrison St.) with Rev. Kenneth Frey officiating. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery, Appleton. Friends may visit the family Saturday at church from 9 - 11 am. In lieu of flowers a memorial fund is being established.
