    Obituary:
    Thomas Marvin Ott, age 58, of Chilton, died on Sunday, August 9, 2009, at St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac. He was born June 25, 1961 in Fond du Lac, son of the late Bernard & Marion (Birschbach) Ott. He married Linda L. Milbach on April 16, 1977, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Jericho. Thomas began working at Don's Mobil Milling where he was known for telling stories and jokes when he traveled from farm to farm. Later, he worked at Mercury Marine in Fond du Lac where he was on the Quest Teams which tested outboard motors and boats. He was a member of Good Shepherd Catholic Church, formerly Holy Trinity Parish in Jericho, and was a proud member of the Chilton '69' Football Team which was undefeated and unscored upon. Tom always put his family first, and he enjoyed fishing, hunting, boating, playing Sheepshead, talking smart, telling stories and jokes.
    Survivors include his wife: Linda; his children: Joseph D. Ott and fiancee Heather Pace, Neenah; Shawn J. (Mary) Ott, Milwaukee; Holly Laurie Ott and special friend Ryan Wendt, Chilton; two grandchildren: Dominick Ott, and Helena Pace-Ott; four brothers: Jerome (Sue) Ott, John (Barb) Ott, Jim Ott and special friend Nell, Leo (Laurie) Ott; and a sister: Lorraine (Don) Walbur.
    He was preceded in death by his parents, and a sister, Mary Jane Harris.
    Funeral service will be at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, August 13, 2009, at Good Shepherd Catholic Church (54 E. Main St.) in Chilton. Burial will take place at Holy Trinity Catholic Cemetery in Jericho. Friends may call at the Wieting Family Funeral Home (411 W. Main St.) in Chilton from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. on Wednesday, August 12, 2009, and again on Thursday at the funeral home from 10 until 11 a.m. The Rosary will be prayed Wednesday evening at 6 p.m.
