    Obituary:
    Marian C. Zitzelsberger, age 85, of Hilbert, died on Saturday, November 12, 2011 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Appleton. She was born December 6, 1925 in Jericho, daughter of the late Fred & Mayme (Durben) Heimerman. She married Adolph Zitzelsberger on November 29, 1944 at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in Kloten. Throughout her life, Marian worked at Tecumseh Products in New Holstein, WisPride Cheese Factory, and Goldilocks Hair Pin Factory. In 1974, Marian started her own ceramic store where she was able to showcase her magnificent artistic talent; she was most noted for her remarkable paintings on saw blades. Her artistic abilities didn't end with crafts. Marian's talents led her to write a book on her life and those same gifts were poured out in the kitchen as she created wonderful meals from scratch. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Hilbert, where she had also been actively involved with the Christian Women. Earlier in her life, Marian enjoyed deer hunting, sturgeon spearing, and picking black berries on beautiful days. More recently in her life, Marian volunteered many hours at the St. Vincent de Paul store in Hilbert
    Survivors include her children: Judith (Lyle) Oakley of Kimberly, Ruby Koehler of Grand Chute, Ivan Zitzelsberger of Chilton, Tod (Cathy) Zitzelsberger of Hilbert; 7 grandchildren: Jeff Oakley & Special Friend Cindy of Darboy, Anne (Todd) Rappert of Appleton, Jodi (Andy) Nadler of Brillion, Kris Koehler of Black River Falls, Amanda (Adam) Schroth of Appleton, Ashley (Nate) Wesener of Brillion, Sasha (fiancé, Jake) Zitzelsberger of Hilbert; 7 great grandchildren: Shaina, Ryan, Logan, Luke, Isaac, Lexi, Tyson, 2 great-great grandchildren: Kayleigh & Seth; 1 sister: Janice Lanser of Green Bay; and a brother: Dalton (Hilda) Heimerman of Mountain.
    She was preceded in death by her husband: Adolph; her parents; a grandchild: Tim Oakley; a sister: Violet Johnson; and a brother: Ebon Heimerman.
    Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, November 16, 2011 at St. Mary Catholic Church (108 S. 6th St.) in Hilbert with the Rev. Michael Betley officiating. Burial will follow in the Parish Cemetery. Friends may call at the church from 9:00 AM until 10:45 AM on Wednesday, November 16, 2011. The family would like to thank the entire staff of the 4th floor at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Appleton, especially Dr. Baum & Dr. Mounajjed for all of the wonderful care they provided to Marian.
