    Obituary:
    Seymour - John "Jack" Joseph Liebergen, age 65, passed away on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at home.
    Jack was born on March 31, 1952 to Robert Sr. and Ethel (Ambrosius) Liebergen. He married Jane Brodhagen on July 1, 1978. A lifelong resident of Seymour, Jack was a member of St. John Catholic Church.
    Jack was an auto mechanic for 47 years and won many awards for his work. After retirement he worked on his son's dairy farm. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, but most of all he loved spending time with his three "perfect" grandchildren.
    Jack is survived by his wife, Jane; children: Dan (Abby) Liebergen, Jeff (Alyssa Pagel) Liebergen, and Lisa (Otto) Coenen; three grandsons: Jack, Waylon, and Eric Liebergen; parents, Robert Sr. and Ethel. He is also survived by brothers and sisters: Wayne Liebergen, Mike (Gail) Liebergen, Joan (Dave) Hanson, Joyce (Tom) Cline, Lynn (John) Hofacker, and Laurie (Brian) Peterson; sisters-in-law: Amy Liebergen and Barbara (Jim Beane) Brodhagen; brothers-in-law: Rob (Connie) Brodhagen and John Brodhagen, as well as many nieces and nephews.
    Jack was preceded in death by his brother, Robert "Duke" Liebergen and his parents-in-law, Martin and Adehlia Brodhagen.
    Friends may call at Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour, on Tuesday 27, 2018 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Visitation will continue on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at St. John Catholic Church, Seymour, from 9:00 am until the funeral mass at 11:00 am with Fr. Brian Belongia and Deacon Rich Matuszak officiating. Burial will take place at Seymour City Cemetery. Online condolences may be expressed to Jack's family at www.muehlboettcher.com.
    A special thank you to the Bellin Cancer Team and the Froedtert Bone Marrow Transplant Team for all of their care and concern. Also, a special thank you to all of our family, friends, and neighbors for their help and support during this time.
    In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in honor of Jack to support Leukemia research and treatment. Please give the gift of life by donating blood and platelets to your local blood bank.
