    Listed living with wife age 28 born July 1871

    Obituary:
    Moved to Center Township, Butler County in 1878 with his parents. Following his marriage he and his wife farmed in Center Township in 1909 when they moved into David City. He was a pioneer automobile dealer in David City starting in 1912 and was later engaged in the real estate business until 1940. He had lived in Plattsmouth for two years prior to his death.
    "Friendly and courteous at all times, Mr. Eiting will long be remembered by his many friends and relatives in this vicinity, and his thoughtfulness and devotion in the home will be a cherished memory of his children."
    Survived by four children:
    1) Gerald Eiting
    2) Helen Eiting
    3) Mrs. Oda Mulholland
    4) Mrs. Margaret McKee
    Also survived by six grandchildren and one brother, Frank Eiting of David City.
