    Obituary:
    Mary was born Sept. 29, 1902 in Lennox, SD., the daughter of John Fred and Katherine (Krell) Eimers. She lived in Doland before moving to a farm near Frankfort. She and Lorraine O. Robinson were married in Frankfort, October 24, 1928.
    Mary died at the Community Memorial Hospital in Redfield, September 18, 1965.
    Survivors included her three sons, Steve, Sylvester, and Lawrence; seven daughters, Mary, Lucille, Beatrice, Josephine, Florence, Denice, and Sharon.

    Obituary:
    FRANKFORT - Leo W. Eimers died Sunday at his home in Frankfort at the age of 65.
    Funeral mass will be celebrated Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. in St. Ann's Catholic Church, Frankfort, with the Rev. Edward Lomantagne and the Rev. Robert Eimers officiating. Burial will be in St. Bernard's Cemetery, Redfield.
    Pallbearers will be Steve, Lawrence and Sylvester Robinson, Terry, David and Darcy Hansen.
    Leo W. Eimers was born Aug. 9, 1911, at Frankfort and he spent his entire life on the farm at Frankfort. He married Dorothy Hansen, April 11, 1945, at Redfield. He was a member of St. Ann's Church, Frankfort, and Knights of Columbus, Redfield.
    Survivors include his widow, Dorothy; two sons, Ronald, Redfield, and Donald, Aberdeen; two grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Viola Hall, Redfield. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister.
    Rosary will be recited Tuesday at 8 p.m. and by the Knights of Columbus at 8:30 p.m. in the Coleman-Thelen Funeral Home, Redfield.

    Viola Eimers was born October 14, 1914 to Fred and Kate (Krell) Eimers on a farm north of Frankfort. She attended rural school through the eighth grade. Vi worked on the farm until moving into Redfield, with her mother, in 1945. Vi married Harvey Hall on January 25, 1947 in Redfield. She worked as a waitress at the lunch counter in The Fair Store. Later the store was called Tom Thumb and later Ben Franklin. Vi worked in the Redfield School lunchroom until she retired in 1979. She loved to work with people and was everyone's friend.
    She enjoyed gardening and growing flowers. She was a member of St. Bernard's Catholic Church and Altar Society and VFW auxiliary.
    Vi is survived by nieces and nephews including Ron and Marlene Eimers of Redfield who helped her live in her own house until 2007 when she moved to Golden Living Center.
    She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Harvey in 1988 and a brother and a sister.

    Mary Anastasia Hurst, 79, of Redfield, died Thursday, Nov. 13, 2008, at Avera St. Luke?s Hospital in Aberdeen.
    Her funeral Mass will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Bernard?s Catholic Church in Redfield with the Revs. William Osborn and Christopher Hughes officiating.

    Mary Robinson was born Aug. 7, 1929, in Frankfort to Lorraine and Mayme (Eimers) Robinson. She graduated from high school in Frankfort in1947.
    On Jan. 20, 1953, she married Charles Hurst. She held house cleaning jobs and worked at Wilson Motel. She was also a news reporter for the Doland Times and Redfield Press for 35 years, retiring in 2004.
    She was a member of St. Ann?s Catholic Church and Altar Society, Harmony Social Club, American Cancer Society and Happy Hour Club.
    She is survived by two sons, Jim and Joe Hurst of Frankfort; three daughters, Kathi (David) Swanson of Frankfort, Kris (Joe) Barrie of Turton and Karol (Bob) Artz of Ashton; 11 grandchildren; six sisters, Lucille Liebig of Redfield, Bea (Bill) Hixon of Frankfort, Jo (Dick) Harris of Chamberlain, Flo Hinker of Belle Fourche, Denise (Daryl) Taylor of Cummings, Iowa, and Sharon (Sheldon) Osborn of Redfield; and three brothers, Steve (Clairice) Robinson and Lawrence Robinson both of Frankfort, and Syl Robinson of Blair, Neb.; and many nieces and nephews.
    She was preceded in death by her husband Charles in 2007, her parents, and one brother-in-law, Joe Hinker.
