    Van Lanen, Evelyn H. (Kempen) Evelyn H. Van Lanen was reunited in Heaven with her husband, Ralph, Monday, April 23, 2012. Evelyn was born, June 12, 1922 in Hollandtown, WI to the late William and Hattie (Arts) Kempen. October 14, 1943, Evelyn married Ralph A. Van Lanen who preceded her in death, January 1, 1988. Evelyn and Ralph were Charter Members of the American Legion Urban Klister Post #436 Wrightstown; VFW Auxiliary of Winiecki Post #9677, Bellevue. Evelyn was a member of the Alter Rosary Society of St. Bernard's Parish. She was an avid bowler for many years and Sheepshead was her card game of choice. She enjoyed participating in activities at the Senior Center; loved Bingo and Dominoes and has been known to assemble many puzzles. Survivors include five daughters, Joyce Hoeft, Green Bay, Linda (David) Jaloszynski, Cedar Grove, Beverly (Mark) Hendricks, New Franken, Diane (Gary) Gierach, Hurley, Judy (Steve) Fifrick, DePere; son, Paul (Lisa) Van Lanen, Green Bay; daughter-in-law Linda Van Lanen, Bellevue; eleven grandchildren, Melissa (Rick) Reith, Steven (Shelley) Van Lanen, Melanie and Erin Hagerty, Chad (Christina) Hendricks, Craig (Betsy) Hendricks, Stacey (Shane) Wilcox, Brianne (Jim) Beyer, Derek Hillis, Serena and Victor Van Lanen; 15 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Cordell Hurst (Leo), Delores (Gerald) Schaefer; five in-laws, Irene Kempen, Germaine Kempen, Mary Kessler, William (MaryLou) Van Lanen, Sr. Anne Jude; nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends. In addition to her husband, Ralph, Evelyn was preceded in death by two sons, Gary and James (Jimmy Boy); daughter, Mary Jo; granddaughter, Bridget Hagerty; brothers, Merlin Kempen and Russell Kempen; sister Arvilla (Roche) Van De Hey; in-laws, Reuben (Marie) Van Lanen; Norbert (Mayme) Van Lanen; Francis (Becky) Van Lanen; Collette (Norb) Nytes (Clem Vande Hei); and Eugene Van Lanen. Friends and family may call from 4- 7 p.m. Friday, April 27, at Proko-Wall Funeral Home, 1630 E. Mason St. At 7 p.m. people are welcome to share a fond memory of Evelyn.     Van Lanen, Mary JoMary Jo Van Lanen, 48, completed her journey May 12, 2003, at home surroun ded by her family and friends following a battle with cancer and Multip le Sclerosis. She was born Aug. 1, 1954, in Green Bay, to Ralph and Evel yn Van Lanen. Mary Jo was a Charter member of the N.E.W. Zoo Boosters. S he led a successful, full life including a love of photography and taki ng pictures of animals. This led to the creation of the Power of Pictur es Network (POPn) to help promote the N.E.W. Zoo. She was also the first r ecipient of the Crystal Blossoming award.Mary Jo is survived by her fiance, Ron Ropson; her mother, Evelyn Van Lane n; five sisters, Joyce Schwahn, Green Bay; Linda (Dave Jaloszynski) Hagert y, Cedar Grove; Bev (Mark) Hendricks, New Franken; Diane (Gary) Gierach, H urley; Judy (Steve) Fifrick, De Pere; one brother, Paul (Lisa) Van Lane n, Green Bay; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by dad, Ralph Van Lanen and two brothers, Gary a nd Jimmy.To celebrate her life the family will receive friends at her home on Wedne sday, May 14, at 3418 Sunset Beach Lane, Suamico from 3 to 8 p.m. A speci al thanks to Unity Hospice for their care and support.     Bridget Hagerty, 34, Green Bay, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, June 27, 2007, at St. Vincent Hospital. Born in San Antonio, Texas, she is the daughter of William Hagerty and Linda (Van Lanen) Jaloszynski. Bridget was a graduate of East High School, Class of 1990. She attended the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. Bridget was employed at Moore Response Marketing and most recently was a student at the Wisconsin College of Cosmetology. Bridget had a great sense of humor. She enjoyed spending quality time with her family and soulmate, Rod. Bridget also enjoyed volleyball, swimming, and times spent in the sun.
    Survived by the love of her life, Rod Klarkowski; her father, William (Rhona) Hagerty, Green Bay; mother, Linda (David) Jaloszynski, Cedar Grove; two sisters, Melanie Hagerty, Green Bay; Erin Hagerty and her daughter, Aspen Marie Hagerty, Green Bay; maternal grandmother, Evelyn Van Lanen, Green Bay; uncles and aunts, Chuck Hagerty, Kathy Swanstrom, Joyce (Ken) Hoeft, Bev (Mark) Hendricks, Diane (Gary) Gierach, Judy (Steve) Fifrick, Paul (Lisa) Van Lanen, Joseph Lombardo, Linda Van Lanen; many cousins and special friends.
