Obituary Appleton Post Crescent dated Wed May 25, 1921
MRS. CHARLES MODER, SR. Mrs. Charles Moder, Sr., 51, died suddenly at 10 o'clock Wednesday morning, supposedly of heart disease, while visiting at the home of Mrs. Horn, 663 Rankin-st. The body was conveyed to her home at 699 State st. Decedent was a native of the town of Buchanan, living there and in Appleton during her lifetime. She is survived by her widower: five sons. Charles Jr., Jacob, Peter, Edward and Rudolph, all of Appleton; one brother, Theodore. Funeral services will be held at 9 o'clock Saturday morning in St. Joseph church. Burial will be in St. Joseph cemetery.
