Schuster, Fred, Louis, William News

Three sons of Mr. and Mrs. Frank W. Schuster are now serving with the Armed Forces, all three graduated from EHS and are as follows;

Ensign Louis Schuster joined the Navy in 1942 and trained at Garden City, Lawrence, Iowa City, Hutcjinson and Corpus Christi, Texas where he received his wings January 1, 1943. He was then stationed at Hollywood Beach, Fla., then at San Diego, Ca., and Seattle, Wa., where he was assigned to a squardron and was stationed in the Aleutians for six months. He recently spent a 30 day furlough in Ellis and is stationed in Seattle at present.
Pfc. William Schuster entered the Army in May 1943 and after training at Fort Sill, Okla., in the field artillary, he was transferred to Ft. Ord. Ca., and joined a tank battalion. He was then sent to the Hawaiin islands where he was stationed for 11 months and is now with the U. S. forces in the Phillippines.
Fred Schuster, S 2/C, entered the ervice in May 1944 and took his training at Farragut, Idaho. He is now attending radio school.
